    • 摘要: 近20年来,急性心肌梗死(AMI)的诊断和治疗取得了长足进展。干细胞移植作为一种新的治疗手段,能够改善AMI后心衰患者的心脏功能。而心脏干细胞(cardiac stem cells,CSCs)作为一类来源于心脏的干细胞,具有自我更新、无性繁殖和多向分化的能力,移植到受损心脏后,能改善心脏重构、减小梗死面积、改善心功能,通过改善旁分泌功能、基因修饰、组织工程及联合干细胞移植等手段,能进一步提高心脏干细胞的疗效,为我们提供了新的治疗策略。

       

      Abstract: Treatment of myocardial infarction has remarkably advanced over the past 20 years. Cardiac stem cells cannot only differentiate into cardiomyocytes, smooth muscle cells and vascular endothelial cells, but also exert paracrine effects and regenerate injured heart tissue. Preclinical and clinical studies have shown that cardiac stem cells can attenuate cardiac remodeling, reduce the infarct area and improve cardiac functions. Many optimization strategies such as improving paracrine functions and combining genetic modifications and tissue engineering have been explored to further improve the therapeutic efficacy of cardiac stem cells and open a new paradigm in cardiology.
