    • 摘要: 目的 研究血清鸢尾素(Irisin)浓度与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法 连续入选于西京医院心内科住院患者193例。收集入选患者相关临床资料,采用ELISA方法检测空腹血清Irisin浓度,并根据患者双侧颈动脉超声检查结果将研究对象分为2组:IMT正常组和IMT增厚组(IMT正常组:IMT<0.8 mm;IMT增厚组:IMT≥0.8 mm)。运用多种统计学方法,分析血清Irisin浓度和IMT值的关系。结果IMT增厚组患者血清Irisin浓度较IMT正常组患者显著降低,IMT值厚度随着血清Irisin浓度的降低逐渐升高,Pearson偏相关分析结果 显示,IMT与血清Irisin浓度呈显著负相关(r=-0.505,P<0.01),多元逐步回归分析结果显示,血清Irisin水平、LDL-C、TG、WHR、BNP和FBG是IMT值的独立相关因素。结论 血清Irisin浓度与颈动脉IMT呈负相关,血清Irisin水平是颈动脉IMT增加的独立相关因素。

       

      Abstract: AIM To study the relationship between serum irisin levels and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT). METHODSEnrolled in this study were 193 subjects from Xijing Hospital. Clinical data were collected and fasting serum irisin concentrations were detected with ELISA method. Subjects were divided into two groups by results of bilateral carotid ultrasonography: IMT normal group and IMT thickening group (IMT normal group: IMT <0.8 mm, IMT thickening group: IMT≥0.8 mm). The relationship between serum irisin concentration and IMT values was analyzed using multiple statistical methods. RESULTSSerum irisin levels were significantly reduced in IMT thickening group. Pearson’s partial correlation analyses showed a negative correlation between serum irisin levels and IMT (r=-0.505, P<0.01). Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that serum irisin levels, LDL-C, TG, WHR, BNP and FBG were significantly associated with IMT. CONCLUSIONSerum irisin levels are negatively correlated with IMT and significantly associated with IMT.
