    • 摘要: 茶多酚(tea polyphenols,TPP)及其主要生物活性成分在防治心血管疾病中的作用广泛,具有明确的抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、降血压、降血脂、保护心脏等多种药理作用。而且,TPP对心血管系统的保护作用在多个临床研究中已得到证实。同时,TPP还具有安全性较高、毒副作用较小等优点,这些均使其在临床与生活中具有广泛的应用空间,并为心血管疾病的防治提供了新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Tea polyphenols and their main biologically active components have many beneficial effects on cardiovascular disease such as anti-oxidation, anti-atherosclerosis, decreased blood pressure, lowered blood lipids and cardioprotection. The beneficial effects of tea polyphenols in cardiovascular diseases have been confirmed in many clinical studies. For reasons of increased safety and decreasing side effects, tea polyphenols have wider application in both clinical treatment and daily life. Tea polyphenols have provided a new approach for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
