    • 摘要: 锌指样转录因子2(kruppellike factor 2,KLF2)是迄今为止发现的17个锌指转录因子亚家族中的一员。近年来关于KLF2在心血管系统中作用的研究日益增多,主要因为KLF2具有抗炎、抗增殖、抗氧化等作用。动脉粥样硬化(AS)是多种因子参与的一个连续过程,是多种因素共同作用的结果。在低氧环境下,AS斑块的稳定性、参与AS的炎症因子,以及炎症因子对AS的调节作用等均不同于常氧条件下。本文就近年来国内外对KLF2抗AS作用的研究及其作用机制加以综述。

       

      Abstract: Kruppellike factor 2 (KLF2) is a member of the 17 zincfinger family of transcription factors. In recent years, research on KLF2 in the cardiovascular system is increasing. KLF2 plays some important roles such as antiinflammation, proliferation and antioxidant action. Atherosclerosis (AS) is a continuous, multifactorial process and is the result of the coaction of various factors. The hypoxic environment is different from the normoxic environment in accordance with stability of atheromatous plaques, participation of inflammatory factors and regulation of the action of factors on AS. This paper summarizes research on the antiAS action of KLF and its mechanism during recent years.
