    • 摘要: 心肌梗死(MI)的临床表现多样、鉴别诊断复杂并涉及多个系统,教学专业性较强,积极探索行之有效的教学方法对于心血管内科临床医师的培养至关重要。多媒体病例教学法采用声频音频等多种技术直观、生动的展现病例,联合以问题为导向(PBL)的教学方法,可充分调动学生的主观能动性,激发学生获取知识的兴趣,诱导学生挖掘自身潜力,帮助学生更好掌握MI的发病机制、诊断原则、鉴别诊断方法和治疗原则,推进素质教育,提高教学质量。

       

      Abstract: Because clinical manifestations of myocardial infarction (MI) are diverse, differential diagnosis of MI is complex and involves multiple systems. To explore an effective method of MI teaching is essential to the training for cardiovascular clinicians. Multimedia-aided case studies adopt audio/video materials to present clinical cases. Multimedia-aided case studies combined with problem-based learning (PBL) learning can fully arouse students subjective initiative, stimulate students interest in acquiring knowledge, explore students own potential and help students better understand the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment principles of MI. In conclusion, multimedia-aided case studies combined with PBL can improve the quality of teaching.
