摘要: 慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中睡眠呼吸暂停的发生率>50%。该病严重影响CHF患者的预后。因此，除常规治疗方法外，以无创呼吸机治疗CHF日益得到关注，并取得一定的疗效。从无创呼吸机的应用而言，不同的模式的治疗对患者的影响不同，选择适宜患者采用个体治疗模式，可以达到最佳治疗效果。

Abstract: The incidence of sleep apnea in chronic heart failure (CHF) is >50% and severely affects the prognosis of patients with heart failure. Successful application of noninvasive mechanical ventilation to CHF patients now draws more and more attention. Different modes of noninvasive mechanical ventilation may lead to different treatment outcomes. It is important to select an appropriate mode to achieve the greatest effects.
