    • 摘要: 目的: 观察海军水面舰艇编队环球航行航经海和洋时动态心电图变化的差异。方法: 对48名参加环球航行人员根据进行动态心电图检查当天的航经海和洋的情况,进行经海和经洋时的动态心电图的窦性心律、过早搏动、ST段、QT间期离散度和心率变异性的时域、频域和非线性指标变化的分析。结果: 与航经海时比较,航经洋时平均心率加快、最高心率减慢、最低心率加快、停搏次数增多、最长停搏时间延长、过早搏动增多、MV5导联ST段明显压低、压低持续时间延长、QTd、QTc、QTcd明显增高、SDNN、SDANN、SDNN index、RMSSD、NN50、PNN50、三角指数、VLF、HLF、VAI及 VLI明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论: 海军水面舰艇编队环球航行航经洋时对支配心脏的自主神经功能损害可能更重。

       

      Abstract: AIM: To analyze 24-h Holter changes at sea or ocean in Chinese navy global visiting task group. METHODS: We analyzed Holter changes at sea or ocean in 48 sailors of Chinese navy global visiting task group. RESULTS: Compared with the group at sea, the average heart rate and the lowest heart beat at ocean were faster, highest heart beat was slower, sinus node dysfunction and premature contraction were more frequent, ST segment was lower, QTd, QTc and QTcd increased, and SDNN, SDANN, SDNN index, RMSSD, NN50, PNN50, Triangular index, VLF, HLF, VAI and VLI were lower (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that compared with the dysfunction at sea, the autonomic nervous system dysfunction is more serious at ocean in navy global visiting task group.
