    • 摘要: 目的:探讨胰岛素与二甲双胍对Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)大鼠心梗(MI)后心脏交感神经重构的影响。方法: 将30只实验大鼠随机分为对照组、胰岛素干预组及二甲双胍干预组,每组10只,分别从各组大鼠的左心室梗死周边、室间隔和右心室取材,通过免疫组化染色法并结合计算机图像处理技术,对心肌中交感神经的分布密度进行对比分析。结果: 与对照组比较,胰岛素干预组心脏各部位交感神经的密度均增加(P<005);而二甲双胍干预组则表现为降低(P<005)。结论: 胰岛素可加重Ⅱ型DM大鼠MI后心脏交感神经重构的程度;而二甲双胍正好相反。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To explore the contributions of insulin and metformin to sympathetic neural remodeling after myocardial infarction in rats with type 2 diabetes. METHODS: Samples were obtained from periinfarcted areas, ventricular septum and right ventricle in infarcted diabetic rats. Using immunohistochemistry and computer image processing technique, the expressions of sympathetic nerve were examined in the control group, insulin group and metformin group, respectively. RESULTS: In insulin group, densities of sympathetic nerve in three areas were higher than in control group (P<005) and densities were lower in metformin group compared with those in control group (P<005). CONCLUSION: Contrary to metformin, insulin aggravates sympathetic neural regeneration and remodeling after myocardial infarction in rats with type 2 diabetes.
