    • 摘要: 目前关于高糖诱导血管内皮细胞损伤的机制有多种,包括非酶促糖基化终产物的积聚、二酰甘油/蛋白激酶C通路的激活及氧化应激的增强等。这些途径都是被高糖激活的,彼此之间又能相互作用。

       

      Abstract: Various mechanisms have been proposed explaining how high glucose induces vascular endothelial cell injury, such as the accumulation of advanced glycation endproducts, activated diacylglycerol/protein kinase C pathway, and increased oxidative stress. These pathways are all activated through hyperglycemia and their actions potentiate each other.
