    • 摘要: 心脏成纤维细胞(cardiac fibroblasts,CFs)是心脏正常功能和感受心脏应激和损伤的重要成分。越来越多的证据表明,CFs不仅可以生成心肌细胞生存的基质,而且对于心脏的电生理特性、收缩都有重要的作用。更为重要的是,CFs还在病理和生理的重构中担当重要角色。CFs可以通过旁分泌机制影响心肌细胞。因此,更好地了解细胞间的相互作用有助于寻找诸如心衰这类疾病的治疗靶点。

       

      Abstract: Cardiac fibroblasts are key components of normal cardiac functions and the response to stressors and injury. Increasing evidence shows that cardiac fibroblasts play an important role in matrix production and cardiac function including cardiac electrophysiology and contractility. Cardiac fibroblasts interact with myocytes via paracrine mechanism. A better understanding of cardiac fibroblasts may develop into a novel treatment for heart failure.
