    • 摘要: 目的:分析不同孕周正常胎儿心腔大小及血流相关参数,为胎儿超声心动图检查提供参考。方法: 根据不同孕周将1182例正常胎儿分为5组,经腹超声检测不同孕周正常胎儿各房室腔及大血管内径、各瓣口峰值血流速度,并进行统计分析。结果: 右房室腔大于左房室腔(均P<005)。肺动脉内径大于主动脉内径(P<005)。三尖瓣峰值血流速度大于二尖瓣峰值血流速度(P<005),二、三尖瓣E峰均小于A峰(均P<005)。主动脉瓣峰值血流速度大于肺动脉瓣峰值血流速度(P<005)。结论: 超声心动图可评价正常胎儿心腔大小及血流相关参数,对识别及诊断心血管异常具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To analyze the parameters of normal fetal chamber size and blood flow at different gestational weeks and to provide a reference standard for the examination of fetal echocardiogram. METHODS: A cohort of 1182 normal fetuses was divided into five groups according to different gestational weeks. The inner diameters of cardiac chambers and great vessels and the peak blood flow velocity of each valve orifice were measured by abdominal ultrasound and the parameters were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The right chambers were larger than the left chambers (P<005) and the inner diameter of the pulmonary artery was bigger than that of the aorta. The peak blood flow velocity of the tricuspid valve was higher than that of the mitral valve (P<005). The blood flow Epeak velocity of mitral valve and tricuspid valve were both lower than the Apeak velocity (P<005) and the peak blood flow velocity of the aortic valve was higher than the pulmonary valve (P<005). CONCLUSION: Echocardiography can be used in evaluation of normal fetal chamber size and blood flow, which is very important for identification and diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular abnormalities.
