    Nucleoplasmic reticulum in cardiomyocytes

    • 摘要: 核内外膜、核孔复合体、核膜整合蛋白与核膜下紧密连接的核纤层蛋白,在细胞核内形成网状的核质网(nucleoplasmic reticulum,NR)。NR作为独立的功能单元,其不仅是包裹核质的膜结构,以维持核内环境的相对稳定性,而且还具有其他多种重要功能。本文就NR的结构、功能及其在心肌系统中发挥的作用作一简要综述。

       

      Abstract: The nucleoplasmic reticulum (NR) is a widespread intranuclear network comprising the nuclear envelope [the inner (INM) and outer nuclear membranes (ONM)], the nuclear pore complexes (NPCs), the integral membrane proteins, and the lamina rich in intermediate filament proteins underlying the INM. Therefore, the NR is not only a nuclear boundary, but also an independently functional unit. This article briefly overview the NR structure, function and role to play in the cardiac system.
