    • 摘要: <正> Experiments were designed to indicate that FCG can reflect coro-nary blood supply.In 8 dogs with left anterior descending (LAD)coronaryartery narrowed to a mild degree,Rx,Ry and Fmin were increased,and thesechanges of FCG indexes appeared earlier than those caused by circumflexcoronary artery (LCX) stenosis.When stenosis was moderate or severe,all theFCG indexes except Ry increased significantly (P<0.05).Especially Fmin andRxy augmented greatly (p<0.01).with the occurrence of stenosis,the heartrate (HR)and coronary blood flow (CBF)decreased greatly and the mean aorticpressure(Pa) dropped slightly. The effects of intracoronary infusion of nitroglycerin during coronary arteryflow reducing partially in anesthetized dogs were studied.When nitroglycerin(8μg/min) was infused for 10 minutes,HR、CBF、Rx、Rxy and Fro in had nosignificant changes,but the mean distal arterial pressure (Pc) was reducedremarkably (p<0.01),so were Px and Py (p<0.05).In another experimentunder the same condition and in which nicorandil was used,HR and Pa werealmost unchanged.Pc dropped and CBF increased remarkably.All FCG indexesexcept Fmin augmented significantly (p<0.05).Myocardial ischemia producedby ergonovine-induced vasoconstriction during preexisting coronary stenosis wasreflected by
