    • 摘要: 目的 探讨健康青年脂肪分布特征对全身重要脏器血流的影响。方法 49例青年健康志愿者,根据标准分为非超重组和超重组。超声法测量腹部及肢体脂肪厚度,计算心排出量及各部位血流量,记录血管阻力。结果 男性内脏脂肪较女性明显厚〔(5.0±0.4)cm vs.(3.2±0.2)cm,P<0.01〕,腿部脂肪较女性明显薄〔(0.8±0.1)cm vs.(1.4±0.1)cm,P<0.01〕,腰臀比较女性大〔(0.90±0.01) vs.(0.83±0.01),P<0.01〕。虽然腰臀比与大腿血流量和上肢血流量显著相关,但这种相关性在男组和女组内部并不存在。超重组青年心排出量明显增多,男性超重组脑血流量增多〔(0.84±0.17)L/min vs. (1.05±0.22)L/min,P<0.05〕,脑血管阻力下降〔椎动脉:(0.66±0.10) vs.(0.57±0.07),P<0.05〕。女性超重组所有检测血流指标均数均高于非超重组,但无显著差别。结论 健康青年,脂肪分布对全身重要脏器的血流分布影响不显著。

       

      Abstract: AIM To investigate the influence of fat distribution on the blood flow distribution of major organs in healthy young subjects. METHODSForty-nine young healthy volunteers were divided into two groups: normal weight group (BMI<24, n=27) and overweight group (BMI≥24, n=22). Visceral and subcutaneous fat were measured by ultrasound. Cardiac output and blood flow volume distributed to the brain, abdomen and limbs were calculated. Peripheral arterial resistance index was acquired. RESULTSIn males, visceral fat was thicker [(5.0±0.4) cm vs.(3.2±0.2) cm, P<0.01] and waist to hip ratio (W/H ratio) was higher (0.90±0.01 vs. 0.83±0.01, P<0.01) compared with those in females. Although W/H ratio was significantly correlated with blood flow to the limbs, no such correlation was found in males or females. Cardiac output was remarkably increased in overweight group and cerebral blood flow volume was significantly increased in overweight males compared with those in non-overweight males [(0.84±0.17) l/min vs.(1.05±0.22) l/min, P<0.05]. Vertebral arterial resistance index was decreased (0.66±0.10 vs. 0.57±0.07, P<0.05). CONCLUSIONFat distribution exerts no obvious effect on blood flow of major organs in young healthy subjects.
