    • 摘要: Alarin是一种最新发现的促生长激素神经肽(galanin)家族中的新成员,目前关于其详细功能和机制的研究非常缺乏。有研究表明,alarin可分布在皮肤血管平滑肌中,仅知晓其作用有抗水肿、收缩血管和降低皮肤血流量等,表明其可能在治疗水肿和休克等疾病方面有一定的临床应用前景。有关其在心血管系统的其他研究资料迄今尚未见任何报道。鉴于alarin是一种强效的血管活性物质,提示其可能对心血管系统具有重要的调节作用。

       

      Abstract: Alarin is a newly discovered member of the galanin family. Until now there have been few studies conducted on its specific functions and mechanism. Some studies have shown that alarin is distributed in the cutaneous vascular smooth muscles and plays roles in antiedema, blood vessel constriction and skin blood flow reduction. Alarin can be used in the treatment of edema and shock diseases. However, there have been no reports on alarin in relation to the cardiovascular system. Given that alarin is a potent vasoactive substance, it may play some important roles in the regulation of the cardiovascular system.
