    • 摘要: MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类体内生成,长度介于17~25 nt的非编码小RNA。此类RNA在翻译后的水平对基因表达发挥负调控作用,广泛参与生物体的生长发育及各种病理生理过程。近年研究表明,miRNA在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(MIRI)中发挥重要作用,其参与了与MIRI有关的心肌细胞凋亡、热休克蛋白、离子通道以及细胞生存信号通路的调控,并可作为某些药物的作用靶点,为MIRI的治疗提供了新的思路。

       

      Abstract: MicroRNAs are a class of endogenous and non-coding short-length RNAs (17-25 nt). MicroRNAs act as post-transcriptional negative regulators of gene expression, which is important in the regulation of growth, development and various pathological progresses. Recent studies show that microRNAs are important in the regulation of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) such as apoptosis, heat shock protein, ion channel, cell survival pathway and potential therapeutic targets for treatment. These studies provide a new approach to the treatment of MIRI.
