    • 摘要: 目的: 观察糖心通对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的高脂糖尿病模型大鼠心肌细胞内核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)表达的影响。方法: 以腹腔注射STZ并辅以高脂饮食喂养造成STZ高脂糖尿病模型大鼠。采用免疫组织化学染色法观察糖心通对模型大鼠心肌细胞中NF-κB表达的影响。结果: 糖心通能明显抑制糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞内NF-κB的过度表达,且随剂量的增大而增强。结论: 糖心通对高血糖大鼠的心肌有保护作用,此作用可能与其抑制NF-κB的表达有关。

       

      Abstract: AIM: To observe the effect of tangxintong particles on NF-κB expression in streptozotocin (STZ) hyperlipemic diabetic rats. METHODS: Hyperlipemic diabetic rats were induced by IP injection of STZ and hyperlipemic diet. Distribution of NF-κB in myocardial cells was measured by immunohistochemistry, and the effect of tangxintong particles on the expression of NF-κB was observed. RESULTS: Tangxintong particles dose-dependently inhibited overexpression of NF-κB in myocardial cells of hyperlipemic diabetic rats. CONCLUSION: Tangxintong particles have some protective effect on myocardium of diabetic rats, which may be related to the inhibition of NF-κB expression.
