    • 摘要: 胰高血糖素样肽(GLP)-1作为肠促胰岛素家族中的一员,已经在过去10年中被列为新型抗糖尿病药物。近年来,GLP-1因表现出降糖以外的心血管保护作用成为治疗糖尿病心脏病的研究热点。GLP-1可以通过控制血压、改善内皮功能、抗动脉粥样硬化,减轻缺血/再灌注损伤和提高心脏功能,在心血管系统中发挥多重保护作用。

       

      Abstract: Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a member of the incretin family and has been introduced as a new class of antidiabetic medications in the past decade. Recent studies demonstrate that GLP-1 bestows cardiovascular protective effects beyond its hypoglycemic effects, which has become a research hotspot in the treatment of diabetic cardiovascular disease. GLP-1 exerts multiple protective effects on cardiovascular system by controlling the blood pressure, improving endothelial functions, inhibiting the formation of atherosclerotic lesions, reducing myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, and improving heart function.
