代谢综合征患者心率变异性分析

Analysis of heart rate variability in patients with metabolic syndrome

摘要: 目的:探讨代谢综合征患者心率变异性变化特点。方法:将代谢综合征患者与对照组进行对比，并分别对糖尿病病史、血压、血脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和腰臀围比按长短或异常、正常分组对比。结果:代谢综合征患者与对照组对比，心率变异性有明显降低（P<0.01）。糖尿病病史、高血压、腰臀围比患者部分频域或时域指标降低（P<0.05）。结论:代谢综合征患者自主神经功能均有损害，糖尿病病史、高血压病和腰臀围比对代谢综合征患者的自主神经功能有影响。

Abstract: AIM: To study the characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MetS). METHODS: Antecedents of diabetes, blood pressure, blood lipids, highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol and waisthip ratio were compared among patients with MetS and control group. RESULTS: Compared with those in the control group, HRV in MetS patients was significantly reduced (P<001), and antecedents of diabetes, high blood pressure, waisthip ratio in partial frequency domain or time domain index were lower (P<005). CONCLUSION: Autonomic functions in patients with MetS show varying degrees of impairment and history of diabetes, high blood pressure and waisthip ratio affect autonomic functions in patients with MetS.
