    高血压病前期及高血压病患者红细胞分布宽度的差异性分析

    • 摘要: 目的:探索红细胞分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)在健康人群、高血压病前期患者及高血压病患者中是否存在差异。方法: 选择符合条件入选的患者,其中高血压病组80例,高血压病前期组82例,健康对照组85例。对3组人群的全部资料,包括性别,年龄、血压情况、RDW以及血生化情况进行统计学分析。结果: 健康对照组RDW为(13.0±1.0)%;高血压病前期组RDW为(15.0±0.8)%,显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);高血压病组RDW为(16.9±0.8)%,显著高于高血压病前期组以及健康对照组(均P<0.05)。这一差异不受吸烟,炎症状态、贫血以及肾功能的影响。结论: RDW与高血压病有相关性。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To explore whether red cell distribution width (RDW) values differ between a healthy population and patients with pre-hypertension or hypertension who are otherwise healthy. METHODS: Eighty patients with hypertension, 82 patients with pre-hypertension and 85 healthy controls participated in the study. Data from the three groups including gender, age, blood pressure, red blood cell distribution width and blood biochemistry were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: RDW values were (13.0±1.0)%, (15.0±0.8)% and (16.9±0.8)%, respectively, in control group, pre-hypertension group and hypertension group (P<0.05). RDW was higher in pre-hypertension group and hypertension group compared with that in healthy controls, independent of smoking habit, inflammatory status, anemia and renal function. CONCLUSION: Systolic and diastolic blood pressures are strongly correlated with red cell distribution width.
