    多层动脉瘤修复系统治疗主动脉瘤的研究进展

    • 摘要: 近年来,腔内血管外科技术在治疗主动脉瘤方面取得了巨大进展,其对于真性动脉瘤、假性动脉瘤及主动脉夹层等主动脉疾病均具有良好的治疗效果,但对阻塞的重要分支血管,则存在需要提前重建血流等问题。为了避免上述问题的发生,一种新型腔内修复技术——多层动脉瘤修复系统(multilayer aneurysm repair system,MARS)已开始应用于临床,其能够有效地隔绝动脉瘤并且保证侧支循环和分支血管的血流供应。目前,MARS已成功地应用于外周动脉瘤的治疗,并开始向主动脉瘤的治疗迈进。相信随着研究的深入,MARS对治疗主动脉瘤也可能会取得新的突破。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, endovascular aortic repair technique has made great progress in the treatment of aortic aneurysm and has been proven to be effective in the treatment of true aneurysm, pseudoaneurysm and aortic dissection. However, the covered stent graft has the limitation of occluding important branch vessels and needing preestablishment of blood flow. To reduce these complications, a new type of endovascular stent graftmultilayer aneurysm repair system (MARS) was invented, which has the benefit of effectively excluding the aneurysm while preserving collateral circulation and branch patency. MARS has now been successfully used in the treatment of peripheral aneurysm and is currently being introduced into treatment of aortic aneurysms. We believe that MARS may be a future breakthrough in the treatment of aortic aneurysm.
