    Relationship between metabolic syndrome and cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)并发代谢综合征(MS)与心脏自主神经病变(CAN)之间的相关性。方法: 根据是否并发MS将438名T2DM患者分为MS组及非MS组,比较两组间CAN发病率的差异,并进行相关及回归分析。结果: MS组的CAN发病率显著高于非MS组,且MS组分与心脏自主神经功能检查得分之间呈正相关;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病病程、收缩压、三酰甘油及糖化血红蛋白为CAN发生的高危因素。结论: MS与T2DM的CAN之间密切相关。

       

      Abstract: AIM: To investigate the relationship between metabolic syndrome (MS) and cardiac autonomic neuropathy (CAN) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). METHODS: A total of 438 patients with T2DM were grouped into MS group and non-MS group and the incidence of CAN was compared. Correlation and regression analyses were performed. RESULTS: Patients in MS group had a higher prevalence of CAN than in the non-MS group, and MS features were positively correlated with CAN scores. Diabetic duration, triglycerides, systolic blood pressure and glycosylated hemoglobin were all independent risk factors for CAN. CONCLUSION: MS is significantly associated with CAN in patients with T2DM.
