    • 摘要: 传统的教学模式偏重于灌输书本知识,忽视了对学生应用和实践能力的培养,使书本知识与临床问题不能有效结合。以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法是一种以学生为中心的教学方法,它强调以问题解决为中心,学生在教师的指导下,通过自主探究和合作解决问题,从而掌握隐藏于问题背后的知识点。高血压是一种病程长、并发症多的慢性疾病,它所涉及的知识点多,内容复杂。在高血压的教学中,使用PBL教学法结合典型病例,可以更有效地激发学生的学习积极性,有助于帮助学生全面地掌握高血压的相关知识,提高学生解决问题的能力,从而显著提高学习效果。

       

      Abstract: Traditional teaching methods focus on imparting knowledge to students but overlook the cultivation of students practical ability, resulting in the separation of knowledge and clinical practice. The method of problem-based learning (PBL) is student-centered and emphasizes the students ability to solve problems. Under the guidance of tutors, students can study independently or collaboratively, exploring the knowledge behind the questions. Hypertension is a chronic disease with long courses and many complications along with many involved knowledge points along the course of its study. Combined teaching methods using PBL and typical cases can stimulate students learning initiative, help them to systematically acquire knowledge about hypertension and enhance their ability to solve problems.
