    Research progress of exosome-derived microRNA in cardiovascular diseases

    • 摘要: 在不同的病理生理状态下,细胞可分泌包含有特定内含物的外泌体至细胞外环境中。其中,来源于外泌体的微小RNA(miRNA)能够参与细胞间的物质传递和信号转导。近年来,人们逐渐认识到外泌体及其相关的miRNA在心血管疾病发病过程中的重要作用。本文介绍了外泌体的基本特征及外泌体来源的miRNA的生物学特性,讨论了外泌体来源的miRNA在不同心血管疾病中的表达情况。

       

      Abstract: Cells secrete exosomes, which carry and transfer specific cargos into extracellular environment in both physiological and pathological conditions. Among these components, microRNA derived from exosomes can influence the function of cell-cell substances transmission and signal transduction. Recent studies have shown that exosomes and exosome-derived microRNA play important roles in pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. This review focuses on fundamental features of exosomes, biological characteristics and expressions of exosome-derived microRNA in different cardiovascular diseases.
