    • 摘要: 目的:评估肝素涂层体外循环管道肝素的稳定性。方法: 测定肝素图层体外循环管道模拟体外循环法与浸泡法在不同时点的肝素脱落率。结果: 在128 h内,两组肝素结合表面均有不同程度的肝素分子脱落现象,肝素脱落率随时间增大,在一定时间内浸泡法结合的肝素表面的肝素最大脱落率为85%,而体外循环法结合表面的肝素脱落率为92%。体外循环组涂层表面中肝素的脱落率与浸泡组两者之间无显著差异。结论: 短期内肝素结合体外循环管道比较牢固,满足临床使用。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To evaluate heparin stability on heparincoated cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuits. METHODS: Heparin offrates of CPB stimulation method and immersion method at different time points were determined. RESULTS: At 128 h, different levels of heparin molecule shedding phenomenon were observed in heparinbinding surface in both groups and the heparin offrate increased with time. The maximum heparin offrates of the CPB method and immersion method were, respectively, 92 and 85 during a certain period of time, with no significant difference between groups. CONCLUSION: Heparin stability on heparincoated circuits of CPB has relatively stronger heparin binding and is of better clinical use.
