    • 摘要: 长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)是生物体内转录本长度超过200 nt的RNA分子,它们并不编码蛋白,但参与了X染色体沉默,基因组印记以及染色质修饰,转录激活,转录干扰以及核内运输等多种重要的调控过程。近年研究表明,lncRNAs与心脏发育及心血管系统相关疾病密切相关,一些特异的lncRNAs有可能为心血管系统相关疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的靶点和研发新的药物。

       

      Abstract: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are molecules often longer than 200 nt in length, which are non-protein coding genes. They play important roles in X chromosome inactivation, genomic imprinting, chromatin modification, transcriptional activation, transcription interference, and regulation of nuclear transport. Recent studies show that lncRNAs are closely related with heart development or cardiovascular diseases. Some specific lncRNAs are potential markers in the early diagnosis or treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
