    • 摘要: 目的:探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)核因子-κB(NF-κB) 和血浆sFas/sFasL活性变化的意义。方法: 采用ELISA法检测76例CHF患者和30例对照组PBMCs的核蛋白提取物NF-κB和血浆sFas/sFasL的活性,并与患者心功能及超声心动图参数相比较,分析其与心功能及心肌重构的关系。结果: CHF患者PBMCs中NF-κB及血浆sFas/sFasL活性高于对照组,二者与心脏收缩功能相关指标呈显著负相关,与心肌重构相关指标呈显著正相关,并且NF-κB的活化与sFas/sFasL水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论: CHF患者NF-κB及sFas/sFasL活性明显增高, 并与心功能恶化及心肌重构程度密切相关。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To investigate the relationship between nuclear factor-κB activation and sFas/sFasL on perpherial blood mononuclear cells in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). METHODS: Seventy-six patients with CHF and 30 age- and gender-matched healthy subjects were included in the study. Concentrations of sFas/sFasL and activity of NF-κB on peripheral blood mononuclear cells were measured using ELISA assay and were compared with the echocardiographic parameters and cardiac function indexes. RESULTS: Concentrations of sFas/sFasL and NF-κB activity on peripheral blood mononuclear cells in CHF patients were higher than those in control group and in CHF patients. They were negatively correlated with cardiac function indexes but positively correlated with heart remodeling indexes. The activation level of NF-κΒ was positively correlated with the concentrations of sFas/sFasL (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The concentrations of sFas/sFasL and the activity of NF-κB increase in CHF patients and can be used as markers of the development of heart remodeling and heart function failure.
