    A meta-analysis of the relationship between hyperthyroidism and ventricular repolarization

    • 摘要: 目的:分析甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)对于心室复极化的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库于1960年~2013年12月公开发表的相关文献,用Revman 5.2进行meta分析。结果:分析纳入7项病例对照研究,甲亢病例425例,对照组366例。甲亢时心率校正的QT间期(QTc)较对照组显著延长(MD=18.46,95%CI:10.19-26.73,P<0.01),心率校正的QT离散度(QTcd)也显著延长(MD=19.38, 95%CI:13.59-25.18,P<0.01)。QT间期与对数化后的促甲状腺素(TSH)呈负相关(Pearson相关系数r=-0.748,P<0.01;加权线性回归系数R2=0.557,P<0.01)。结论:甲亢患者的心室复极化显著延长。

       

      Abstract: AIM:To determine whether hyperthyroidism has an effect on ventricular repolarization. METHODS: PUBMED, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI), VIP-database and Wanfang Database were searched. Case-control studies focusing on hyperthyroidism and ventricular repolarization published between 1960 and 2013 were collected. RevMan 5.2 was used to perform the meta-analysis. RESULTS: The meta-analysis included seven case-control studies and a total of 425 hyperthyroid patients and 366 healthy controls were included. Compared with controls, hyperthyroid patients showed a prolonged QT interval (MD=18.46, 95%CI=10.19 to 26.73), P<0.01) and a prolonged QT interval dispersion (MD=19.38, 95%CI=13.59 to 25.18, P<0.01). Moreover, QTc was negatively correlated with the logarithm of TSH levels (Pearson correlation coefficient r=-0.748, P<0.01; weighted linear regression coefficient R2=0.557). CONCLUSION: Hyperthyroidism is associated with ventricular repolarization prolongation.
