Abstract:
GRACE risk score is an important predictive tool in clinical practice used mainly to assess risk and prognosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and to guide the treatment regimen of these patients. However, GRACE risk score still remains to be improved in terms of its convenience and accuracy. In recent years, research has been conducted to revise the variables of GRACE risk score and significant progress has made in enhancing its accuracy, facilitating its appliance in emergency cases and improving its identification and risk assessment of low risk patients.
