    • 摘要: 目的 观察下体负压(LBNP)作用下加压服对人体立位耐力和心血管功能的影响。方法 10名健康被试者穿或不穿加压服随机进行2次LBNP耐力检测。实验过程中连续监测心率(HR)、血压和心脏泵血功能等生理参数的变化。结果 在LBNP作用下,被试者穿加压服时的耐受时间(23.3±0.9)min较不穿加压服时(12.5±1.2)min显著延长(P<0.01),总外周阻力(TPR)和收缩压较不穿加压服时均显著升高(P<0.05),HR明显降低(P<0.05),而每搏量、心排出量和心率变异性指标均无显著性差异。结论 加压服可显著提高人体立位耐力,其主要通过增加TPR促进血液回流来维持立位应激时人体的血压稳定。

       

      Abstract: AIM To observe the effect of inflatable pressure suits on orthostatic tolerance and cardiovascular function in humans during lower body negative pressure (LBNP). METHODS Ten healthy subjects were randomly exposed to LBNP two times with or without pressure suits. LBNP tolerance, blood pressure, heart rate and cardiac pumping function were detected during LBNP. RESULTS The duration of LBNP in subjects with pressure suits increased significantly compared with the duration without pressure suits [(23.3±0.9) min vs.(12.5±1.2) min]. During LBNP, total peripheral resistance and systolic blood pressure increased significantly, whereas the heart rate decreased significantly in subjects with pressure suits compared with that in subjects without pressure suits. There were no significant changes in stroke volume, cardiac output and heart rate variability. CONCLUSION Inflatable pressure suits increase human orthostatic tolerance through the improvement of blood return by increasing peripheral resistance during orthostatic stress.
