    • 摘要: 以往认为,心肌受损后,心肌细胞不能再生,常由瘢痕组织修复,从而使心脏失去结构与功能上的完整性。随着心肌再生机制研究的不断深入和转化医学的发展,已证实在一定条件下,心肌能够再生并产生正常的心肌细胞,并已逐渐成为临床上心肌损伤修复的研究热点。本文对诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cell,iPSC)与转分化在心肌再生领域的研究进展做一综述,旨在为心肌再生的临床治疗提供新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Myocardium is usually repaired by scar tissue after myocardial ischemia. Because myocardium was thought incapable of regenerating cardiomyocytes, it is thus deprived of structural and functional integrity. With the advancement of research on myocardial regeneration and translational medicine, it has been confirmed that myocardium, a new popular research topic for the treatment of myocardial ischemia, can continually generate normal cardiomyocytes. This article provides an overview of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) and transdifferentiation in myocardial regeneration and introduces some new ideas for the clinical treatment of myocardial regeneration.
