    • 摘要: 目的 验证经内皮微粒蛋白组学筛选出的差异蛋白细胞角蛋白8(keratin8,KRT8)和锚蛋白1(Ankyrin 1,ANK1)与冠心病的相关性。方法 选择50例经冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者,以20例造影阴性患者为对照组,收集其外周静脉血,利用酶联免疫吸附实验检测KRT8、ANK1浓度,冠心病患者冠脉狭窄程度使用Gensini评分标准进行评分、分组。结果 KRT8、ANK1在冠心病患者中的浓度明显高于非冠心病组(P<0.05);在冠心病亚组中,Gensini评分高分组与低分组之间KRT8、ANK1浓度差异对比分析,其均P<0.05,且ANK1、KRT8浓度差异与Gensini评分呈正相关。结论 KRT8、ANK1与冠心病有关联,且与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: AIMTo explore the correlation between protein KRT8, ANK1 and coronary heart disease. METHODSWe recruited 50 patients confirmed by coronary angiography as having coronary heart disease, and 20 patients with negative coronary angiography results were assigned to control group. We performed enzyme immunosorbent assay to test the concentrations of KRT8 and ANK1 from the peripheral blood plasma of all subjects. Degrees of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary artery disease were scored using the standard of the Gensini score. RESULTSConcentrations of KRT8 and ANK1 in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Concentrations of KRT8 and ANK1 between high and low Gensini scores were significantly different in patients with coronary artery disease (P<0.05) and the concentration differences of ANK1 and KRT8 were positively correlated with Gensini scores. CONCLUSIONKRT8 and ANK1 are associated with coronary heart disease and are positively correlated with the severity of the lesions.
