    • 摘要: 目的: 分析动脉弹性指数与高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗相关因素之间的相关性。方法: 测定112例高血压病患者动脉弹性指数与血压、糖脂代谢及红细胞内Mg2+,Ca2+离子等指标,并对各项指标进行相关及回归分析。结果: 高血压病患者大动脉弹性指数(C1)和小动脉弹性指数(C2)与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)呈正相关,它们均与收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压、体质量指数、血清三酰甘油和红细胞内Mg2+呈负相关。结论: 高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗相关因素与动脉弹性指数之间有相关性。

       

      Abstract: AIM: To explore the relation between arterial elasticity and the correlate factors of insulin resistance in essential hypertension. METHODS: Five indices, namely, arterial elasticity, blood pressure, glucose and lipid metabolism, erythrocyte intracellular magnesium level and erythrocytes were analyzed in 112 patients with essential hypertension. RESULTS: A positive correlation was observed between insulin sensitivity and large artery elasticity indices (C1) as well as small artery elasticity indices (C2), whereas insulin sensitivity and arterial elasticity indices exhibited a negative correlation with blood pressure, body mass index, serum levels of triglyceride and erythrocyte intracellular magnesium level. CONCLUSION: Arterial elasticity in essential hypertension is correlated with insulin resistance.
