植入起搏器患者健康管理相关知识与行为现状的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of status of knowledge and behavior of health management in patients with implanted cardiac pacemaker

摘要: 目的:调查植入起搏器患者健康管理相关知识与行为现状。方法:通过自行设计的调查问卷对2014年3~5月前来新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行起搏器程控随访的100例患者进行调查。结果:植入起搏器患者健康管理相关知识知晓率与行为实施率较高，就健康管理相关知识知晓率和行为实施率最低的两项来说，职业和文化程度是起搏器健康管理相关知识和行为现状的影响因素。结论:健康管理相关概念与知识并未普及化，健康管理现状并不理想，健康管理社会效果的提高，有待管理、服务和执行层次通力配合，规范实施。

Abstract: AIM:To survey the status of knowledge and behavior of health management in patients with implanted cardiac pacemaker. METHODS: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 100 patients who were followed up after pacemaker implantation. RESULTS: Patients with implanted cardiac pacemaker had better awareness and behavior of health management. For the two bottom line items, profession and educational level were the influencing factors of the status of knowledge and behavior of health management. CONCLUSION: The concepts and knowledge of health management have not been popularized. Improvement of the social effects requires the cooperation of management, service and execution.
