    SDF-1/CXCR4信号轴介导的骨髓间充质干细胞治疗心力衰竭的研究进展

    Research progress in therapy of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis-mediated bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for heart failure

    • 摘要: 心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是由多种心血管疾病所致心脏泵血功能障碍的一类临床常见危重症。目前逐渐兴起的骨髓间充质干细胞(BMMSCs)移植对HF的治疗带来希望,但由于植入细胞存活率低、迁移能力及心肌修复能力弱而削弱了其治疗效应。通过激活基质细胞衍生因子1/CXC族趋化因子受体4(SDF-1/CXCR4)信号轴可有效地解决上述问题。因此,SDF-1/CXCR4信号轴介导的BMMSCs移植可能成为HF治疗的新方向。

       

      Abstract: Heart failure (HF), a clinically common serious syndrome caused by many cardiovascular diseases, often leads to abnormal cardiac function of pumping blood. Recently, an emerging therapy of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell implantation offers hope for treatment of HF. However, poor survival of engrafted cells, weak ability of migration and myocardial repair attenuate its positive effects. These problems could be solved via activating SDF-1/CXCR4 axis and thus SDF-1/CXCR4 axis-mediated bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells may be a new line of therapy for HF.
