    • 摘要: 心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)是当今社会危害人类健康和生命最主要的疾病之一,血小板的病理性激活在CVD的发病过程中起着重要作用。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调控基因表达的小分子RNA,参与多种疾病的发生发展,多种miRNA 都与CVD密切相关,研究表明血小板含有丰富的miRNA,本文就血小板来源的miRNA在CVD中的作用进行综述。

       

      Abstract: Cardiovascular disease is the most hazardous to human health. Pathologically activated platelets play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. microRNAs are a class of small RNAs playing a role in post-transcriptional regulation of gene expressions and are involved in the development of many diseases. Many microRNAs are closely associated with cardiovascular disease. Studies have shown that platelets are rich in microRNAs and the role of platelet-derived microRNAs in cardiovascular disease is reviewed in this paper.
