Abstract: In recent years, more and more research has been conducted in the secondary prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction. This article, based on classic guidelines, will review some new theoretical findings and clinical observations from the perspective of pharmacological therapy and provide some preliminary comments on their clinical significance as well as inadequacies.
