    Difficulties and reasons in teaching electrocardiogram of physical diagnosis: a pilot discussion

    • 摘要: 我国医学教育中心电图(ECG)教学与临床实际脱节、教学质量低的现象长期存在且未引起重视,造成了教学资源浪费、临床医生ECG技能欠缺等普遍现象。本文从教学实际经验出发总结了目前ECG教学当中存在的难点和原因,为进一步改进ECG教学提供了基础。

       

      Abstract: For many years, decline in electrocardiogram teaching related to clinical practice and low quality instruction have been largely ignored, which leads to a waste of educational resources and low skill in assessing electrocardiograms in young medical doctors. To improve electrocardiogram teaching results, our study analyzed difficulties and reasons related to poor teaching of electrocardiogram interpretation and potential solutions.
