    Correlative factors of serum CHOP expression in patients with acute myocardial infarction

    • 摘要: 目的 分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者发病24 h内血清内质网应激蛋白CHOP的相关因素。 方法 AMI入院的患者90例,患者发病24 h内留取外周静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)方法测定血清CHOP浓度。根据CHOP水平,取中位数1.24 ng/ml分成<1.24 ng/ml组(低表达组,n=43)和≥1.24 ng/ml组(高表达组,n=47),收集临床基本资料、实验室检验资料和影像资料并进行单因素分析、多因素分析和指标间相关性分析。 结果 单因素分析仅发现高表达组总胆固醇(TC)和空腹血糖(FPG)水平显著高于低表达组(分别P<0.01,P<0.05);采用多因素Logistic回归模型进行多因素分析,发现TC的OR (95% CI)为10.492(2.568-42.871),P<0.01,TC是CHOP的独立相关因素;指标间的相关性分析,发现CHOP水平与TC和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关,分别r=0.606(P<0.01),r=0.288(P<0.05)。 结论 AMI患者的血清中TC水平是CHOP的独立相关因素。

       

      Abstract: AIM Analysis of serum endoplasmic reticulum stress protein CHOP in patients with acute myocardial infarction within 24 hours after onset. METHODS 90 patients admitted to the hospital with acute myocardial infarction, patients with peripheral venous blood within 24 hours after onset, the serum CHOP concentrations of 90 patients were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). According to the measured CHOP concentration, a median of 1.24 ng/ml was divided into two groups of <1.24 ng/ml group (low expression group, n=43) and ≥ 1.24 ng/ml group(high expression group, n=47), clinical basic data, laboratory test data, and image data were collected and analyzed by univariate analysis, multivariate analysis, and inter-index correlation analysis. RUSULTS Univariate analysis only found that the total cholesterol (TC) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels in the high expression group were significantly higher than those in the low expression group (P<0.01, P<0.05, respectively); A multivariate logistic regression model was used for multivariate analysis. The OR (95%CI) of TC was 10.492(2.568-42.871), P<0.01. TC was an independent correlate factor of CHOP. Analysis of the correlation between the indices found that the CHOP level was positively correlated with TC and LDL cholesterol (r=0.606, P<0.01, and r=0.288, P<0.05). CONCLUSION The serum TC level in patients with acute myocardial infarction is an independent correlate factor of CHOP.
