    血管重构在高血压中的研究进展

    Research progress of vascular remodeling in hypertension

    • 摘要: 高血压是脑卒中、心脏疾病的主要危险因素之一。血管是中空器官具有内分泌功能,可以分泌血管紧张素、血管紧张素转换酶等多种因子,参与高血压发病过程。近几年来,血管重构(VR)在高血压的研究更加广泛和深入。因此,对VR的概念、血管内分泌因子与高血压VR的关系作一综述。

       

      Abstract: Hypertension is a major contributing risk factor for stroke, ischemic cardiac events and overall mortality. Blood vessels as hollow organs have endocrine function, which could secrete angiotensin and angiotensin converting enzyme. Remodeling of large and small arteries alleviates the development and complications of hypertension. The article reviews the definition, some of the mechanisms involved in the vascular remodeling and the role of osteopontin, Fibulin-3 and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in the processes.
