    血清Irisin水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性

    Association of serum irisin level with severity of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨冠心病患者血清鸢尾素(Irisin,一种肌肉因子)水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法 连续入选于西京医院诊断为冠心病的患者249例,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)30例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)76例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)143例,收集一般临床资料。采用ELISA方法检测空腹血清Irisin水平,并将研究对象分为低Irisin组(Irisin≤2.3μg/ml)和高Irisin(Irisin>2.3μg/ml)组,比较两组受试者冠脉病变严重程度,分析血清Irisin浓度和冠脉病变严重程度的相关性。结果 低Irisin组和高Irisin组相比,具有男性比例高、高肌钙蛋白I(Tn I)、高CK-MB、高肌红蛋白和低左室射血分数(LVEF)的临床特点(均P<0.05),且冠脉病变严重程度(平均病变支数,Gensini评分)显著性加重(P<0.05,P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,病变血管支数和Gensini评分是影响血清Irisin水平的独立因素(P<0.01);Gensini评分和血清Irisin水平呈负相关(r=-0.183,P<0.01)。结论 冠心病患者血清Irisin浓度与冠脉病变程度具有一定的相关性。

       

      Abstract: AIM To explore the relationship between the serum irisin level and severity of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). METHODS A total of 249 patients diagnosed with CHD in Xijing Hospital were enrolled and divided into stable angina pectoris( SAP),unstable angina pectoris( UAP) and acute myocardial infarction( AMI) groups. Serum irisin levels were detected with ELISA method and subjects were divided into low irisin level group( irisin 2. 3 μg / ml) and high irisin level group( irisin > 2. 3 μg / ml). Correlation between Gensini score and serum irisin level was analyzed. RESULTS Low irisin level group revealed severe coronary stenosis compared with high irisin level group( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),the number of stenosed coronary vessels and Gensini score were independent risk factors for serum irisin level and Gensini score was inversely associated with serum irisin level( P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION There was a correlation between Gensini scores and serum irisin levels.
