    扩张型心肌病患者校正QT间期与左室收缩功能的相关性

    Relationship between QTc interval and left ventricular systolic functions in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

    • 摘要: 目的 探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者校正QT(QTc)间期与心功能的关系。方法 选择2004年1月2014年6月入住中国中医科学院广安门医院的103例DCM患者,根据心电图QTc时限分为QTc间期>440 ms组59例,QTc间期≤440 ms组44例,比较其心脏结构和功能的差异。结果 QTc>440 ms组患者左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)显著大于QTc≤440 ms组(均P<0.05);QTc>440 ms组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)显著小于QTc≤440 ms组(均P<0.01)。LVESD、LVEDD与QTc间期呈正相关(r=0.261,P<0.01、r=0.252,P<0.05);LVEF、FS与QTc间期呈负相关(r=-0.275,P<0.01、r=-0.304,P<0.01)。结论 DCM患者QTc间期与左室内径以及收缩功能存在相关性。

       

      Abstract: AIM To examine the relationship between QTc interval and cardiac functions in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy( DCM). METHODS One hundred and three patients with DCM were divided into two groups according to QTc interval in ECG: QTc interval > 440 ms group( n = 59) and QTc interval440 ms group( n = 44). Cardiac structure and functions were determined by echocardiogram and were compared. RESULTS LVSDD and LVEDD in QTc interval > 440 ms group were significantly higher than those in QTc interval 440 ms group( both P < 0. 05). EF and FS in QTc interval > 440 ms group were significantly lower than those in QTc interval 440 ms group( both P < 0. 01). LVSSD and LVEDD were positively related to QTc interval( r = 0. 261,P < 0. 05; r = 0. 252,P < 0. 05). EF and FS were negatively related to QTc interval( r =- 0. 275,P < 0. 01; r =- 0. 304,P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION QTc interval is related to LVSDD,LVEDD and left ventricular systolic functions. QTc interval can be used as an evaluation marker of cardiac functions in patients with DCM.
