    Effect analysis of CBL combined MDT teaching method in geriatric cardiology teaching

      目的 分析基于案例学习的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合多学科联合团队(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)教学法在老年心血管病学教学中的应用效果。
      方法 纳入在空军军医大学西京医院见习本科生42人,并将其随机分为传统教学法组(21人)和CBL联合MDT教学法组(21人)。在教学结束时,比较两组学生的理论考试分数,并以问卷调查形式评估两组学生对其所接受的教学法的满意度。
      结果 较传统教学法组,CBL联合MDT教学法组理论考试分数显著提高(P<0.05)。接受CBL联合MDT教学法的学生对教学模式的满意度较传统教学法组也显著提高(均P<0.05)。
      结论 CBL联合MDT教学法能显著提高老年心血管病学的临床教学效果和学生对教学的满意度。

       

      Abstract:
      AIM The study aims to analyze the effect of the combined case-based learning (CBL) teaching combined multi-disciplinary team (MDT) teaching method in teaching of geriatric cardiology.
      METHODS 42 medical undergraduates from the Air Force Medical University were randomized into the traditional teaching group (n=21) or the CBL combined MDT group (n=21). At the end of teaching, the students received the theoretical test and the test scores were compared between the two groups. The satisfaction scores of these two groups were also evaluated via the questionnaire investigation.
      RESULTS Compared with the traditional teaching group, the CBL combined MDT group acquired higher scores in the theoretical test (P<0.05). The questionnaire investigation showed that the satisfaction scores were also higher in the CBL combined MDT group than that in the traditional teaching group (all P<0.05).
      CONCLUSION In geriatric cardiology teaching, the CBL combined MDT teaching method significantly improves the teaching efficacy and the students’ satisfaction.
