    • 摘要: 琥珀酰化修饰是当前新兴的一种蛋白质翻译后修饰,广泛存在于生物体内,参与细胞分化、代谢等多种生命活动,与多种包括心血管疾病在内的多种疾病密切相关,因此,是当前的研究热点。本文综述了琥珀酰化的基本概念及功能、调控的作用位点及影响因素,归纳了琥珀酰化修饰与几种常见心血管疾病的关系,从而进一步认识琥珀酰化在多种生理病理中的重要作用。

       

      Abstract: Succinylation modification is an emerging post-translational modification of proteins, which is widely present in living organisms and is involved in a variety of life activities such as cell differentiation and metabolism. Succinylation is closely related to a variety of diseases including cardiovascular diseases and is therefore a current research hotspot. This paper reviews the basic concepts and functions of succinylation, the regulated sites of action and the influencing factors, and summarizes the relationship between succinylation modifications and several common cardiovascular diseases, so as to further understand the important role of succinylation in a variety of physiopathology.
