    心血管内科实践课程思政融合的研究

    A study on ideological and political education integration in cardiovascular internal medicine practice course

    • 摘要:
        目的  探讨心血管内科实践课程思政融合创新方法。
        方法  选取2022年吉林大学临床医学2017级5+3专业40名学生作为研究对象,随机分为两组。其中20名学生作为实验组,在收治“新型冠状病毒”感染院区,采用基于感染病例的心血管系统线上实践教学,以抗击疫情“战地教学”模式融合思政元素;余20名学生作为对照组,采用基于非感染病例的线上实践教学融合思政元素。实习后进行理论及病例分析能力考核,收集学生对课程思政的教学反馈。
        结果  实验组病例分析考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),理论考核成绩两组间无统计学差异。实验组对课程思政教学反馈优于对照组。
        结论  “战地教学”思政模式适用于心血管内科实践教学,教学及课程思政效果理想。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To study innovative methods for the integration of ideological and political education in the cardiovascular internal medicine practice curriculum.
        METHODS  Forty students majoring in 5+3 clinical medicine in Jilin university were selected as research subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n=20) and control group (n=20). In experiment group, online practice teaching of cardiovascular system based on novel coronavirus infection cases was adopted and ideological and political education was integrated in the course in the mode of “battlefield teaching”. In control group, online practice teaching based on non-infected cases was adopted and ideological and political elements were integrated during teaching. After the internship, theoretical examination and case analysis examination were conducted and the teaching feedback on ideological and political education was collected from the students.
        RESULTS  The scores of case analysis in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significantly difference between the two groups in the scores of theoretical test. Teaching feedback in experimental group was better than that in control group.
        CONCLUSION  “Battlefield teaching” ideological and political mode achieves good teaching and ideological and political results and is suitable for practice teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine.
