    Research on scheme of three dimensional roller in evaluation of human vestibular and cardiovascular function

    • 摘要:
        目的  比较不同三维滚轮测试方案时人体前庭功能分级、运动病评分及心血管功能的变化,为制定飞行人员前庭功能评价方案提供实验依据。
        方法  20名受试者分别接受电动转椅法和三维滚轮两种不同旋转参数方案的测试,记录在测试过程中受试者前庭功能分级、Graybiel 运动病评分、血压、心率、心率变异性和瞳孔对光反射等的变化。
        结果  三维滚轮测试方案一、方案二和电动转椅三种方法测试后受试者前庭功能分级不合格率分别为20%、30%和15%;Graybiel 运动病评分三种方法间无显著差异。三维滚轮两种方案测试中LFn 、LF/HF较测试前均显著降低(P<0.05),HFn显著升高(P<0.05),而电动转椅测试中仅LFn较测试前显著降低(P<0.05);三维滚轮测试方案一、方案二和电动转椅三种方法测试中LFn变化率分别为−28.06%、−41.75%和−9.52%(P<0.05),HFn变化率分别为104.91%、236.19%和22.77%(P<0.05),LF/HF变化率分别为−46.54%、−64.60%和−13.93%(P<0.05)。
        结论  本研究设计的两种三维滚轮测试方案可评价飞行人员前庭功能稳定性,其所引起的自主神经系统改变较电动转椅更加显著。

       

      Abstract:
        AIM  To compare the changes of human vestibular function grading, motion sickness scores and cardiovascular functions in different three-dimensional roller test schemes, and to provide experimental basis for formulating pilot vestibular function evaluation scheme.
        METHODS  Twenty subjects were tested with electric swivel chair method and two different three-dimensional roller test schemes. The changes of vestibular function grading, Graybiel motion sickness score, blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate variability and pupillary light reflex during the test were recorded.
        RESULTS  The failure rates of vestibular function grading of the subjects tested by three-dimensional roller test scheme I, scheme II and electric swivel chair were 20%, 30% and 15% respectively. There was no significant difference in Graybiel motion sickness scores between the three methods . LFn and LF/HF were significantly lower and HFn was significantly higher than before (P<0.05) in two three-dimensional roller test schemes, while only LFn was significantly lower in electric swivel chair test than before (P<0.05). In three-dimensional roller test scheme I, scheme II and electric swivel chair, the LFn change rates were −28.06%, −41.75% and −9.52% (P<0.05), HFn change rates were 104.91%, 236.19% and 22.77% (P<0.05), and LF/HF change rates were −46.54%, −64.60% and −13.93% (P<0.05).
        CONCLUSION  The two three-dimensional roller test schemes designed in the study is able to evaluate the stability of vestibular function of flight personnel, and the autonomic nervous system changes of the three-dimensional roller test schemes are more significant than those of electric swivel chairs.
