    Role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in detection of pathogenic patent foramen ovale

    • 摘要: 诸多研究发现,卵圆孔未闭右向左分流可引发反常性栓塞,与偏头痛、脑卒中等多种疾病相关。因此,对于此类可以引发右向左分流具有潜在性致病风险的卵圆孔未闭的检出至关重要。超声造影技术可以为卵圆孔未闭的定性诊断、定量分析提供关键的影像学依据,本文对超声造影在检出卵圆孔未闭右向左分流中的作用做出综述。

       

      Abstract: Many studies have found that right-to-left shunt of patent foramen ovale can cause paradoxical embolism, which is related to migraine, stroke and other diseases. Therefore, it is very important to detect out the patent foramen ovale which can cause right-to-left shunt and has a potential risk of disease. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide a key imaging basis for qualitative diagnosis and quantitative analysis of patent foramen ovale. The role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the detection of right-to-left shunt of patent foramen ovale is reviewed in this paper.
