    心房功能性三尖瓣反流研究进展

    Advances in atrial functional tricuspid regurgitation

    • 摘要: 三尖瓣曾称为“被遗忘”的瓣膜,近年来多项研究表明,中、重度三尖瓣反流(tricuspid regurgitation,TR)影响患者预后。功能性三尖瓣反流(functional tricuspid regurgitation,FTR)是TR最常见的类型。心房功能性三尖瓣反流 (atrial functional tricuspid regurgitation,AFTR)作为一个新的亚类,有其独特的解剖学和功能学特点,通过不同成像技术可准确评估TR的类型及严重程度,对于诊断和治疗AFTR至关重要。本文简要概述了AFTR的定义、解剖特点、发病机制、评估以及治疗进展。

       

      Abstract: The tricuspid valve was once called as the "forgotten" valve and several studies have demonstrated that mortality due to tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is independently associated with the severity of regurgitation. TR has become a focus of research in recent years because of the delayed diagnosis of the condition, the scarcity of surgical intervention only suitable for TR and its high in-hospital mortality. Atrial functional tricuspid regurgitation (AFTR) is a new subset with distinctive anatomical and functional features and accurate assessment of the morphology and severity of TR by different imaging modalities is essential for the diagnosis and management of AFTR. In this article, we briefly review the definition, anatomical features, pathogenesis, evaluation and management of AFTR.
