    Research progress in miRNA influence on inflammatory factors related to coronary heart disease

    • 摘要: 冠心病是临床上常见疾病,造成了巨大的社会和经济负担,其发病通常被认为是一种慢性炎症过程。有大量研究表明MicroRNAs(miRNAs)的差异表达与冠心病的发生发展有着密切的联系。本文综述了miRNA差异表达对冠心病相关炎性因子(基质金属蛋白酶-9、血管细胞黏附分子1、单核细胞趋化因子、肿瘤坏死因子α、 白细胞介素1β、6、10)的影响及作用机制。为进一步研究miRNA作为冠心病诊治的特异生物学标志物,或者模拟miRNA进行新药开发提供支持与参考。

       

      Abstract: Coronary heart disease is a clinically common disease, causing a huge social and economic burden, and its onset is often considered as a chronic inflammatory process. A large number of studies have shown that the differential expression of MicroRNAs (miRNAs) is closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. This paper summarizes the effects and mechanism of miRNA differential expression on coronary artery disease-related inflammatory factors (matrix metalloproteinase-9, soluble vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1, monocyte chemokines, tumor necrosis factor, interleukin 1, 6, 10) to provide support and reference for further research of miRNA as a specific biological marker for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, or for simulating miRNA for new drug development.
