    Evaluation of QT/JT interval in bundle branch block or ventricular pacing: research progress

    • 摘要: 束支阻滞或心室起搏改变了心室除极的生理性顺序和速度,可造成QT间期的假性延长,而QT间期延长与恶性心律失常的发生相关。临床上如何准确、方便、快速地识别QT间期延长,校正由于束支阻滞或心室起搏引起的QRS波增宽,以及心率变化所导致的QT间期改变的问题已被临床工作者广泛关注,也有学者提出在束支阻滞或心室起搏心电图中用JT间期代替QT间期评价心室复极时间更为准确,由此近年提出了许多关于QT/JT间期的校正公式。本文对束支阻滞或心室起搏下的QT/JT间期评价的研究进展进行综述,以期能为临床工作提供参考和帮助。

       

      Abstract: Prolongation of the QT interval is associated with the development of malignant arrhythmias. Bundle branch block or ventricular pacing alters the physiologic sequence and rate of ventricular depolarization, resulting in a false prolongation of the QT interval. How to accurately, conveniently and quickly evaluate QT interval has been widely discussed by clinicians. Recently, some scholars have proposed that it is more accurate to use the JT interval instead of the QT interval in the bundle branch block or ventricular pacing setting in evaluation of the ventricular repolarization time. Therefore, many correction formulas for evaluation of QT/JT interval have been proposed. This article reviews the research progress of QT/JT interval evaluation in bundle branch block or ventricular pacing in order to provide reference and help for clinicians.
